Update, August 2005: I finally got around to doing the upper Vistaview windows. The only difference between the upper and lower windows is that the upper windows are not safety glass, as are the lower windows. You can see this in the photo above. The glass has big cracks, as opposed to the small "spider web" cracks in the safety glass.

This is a lot harder to remove, as you have to keep re-breaking the glass. I did this by "pulling" the glass towards me with a screwdriver. You end up wearing a lot more glass shards this way, so make sure you have proper eye, body and hand protection!
