Here is how I got to the roof. That is one of those
"magic" folding ladders which can fold to all sorts of different
configurations. I had a
drop cloth on the trailer roof, and a piece of plywood on top of the ladder to
sit on. The top of the ladder rested on one of the trailer's support ribs.
